With the help of many dedicated and hardworking people, we’ve been able to bring down the euthanasia rate in our area by 50%. We’re a small team with a lot of work to do. Our gratitude towards are team is immense.

CARY KREUTZER

Cary Kreutzer and her son Patrick have supported LAFD USA Network since 2017, helping with dog adoptions and fostering where needed.  Cary, a mother of 3, Alex, Anna and Patrick is a California native and lives in the San Fernando Valley.  Cary works at the University of Southern California, Leonard Davis School of Gerontology as an Associate Clinical Professor and directs the graduate program in Nutrition and Dietetics.  She completed a master’s degree at the University of Washington in Public Health and a doctorate degree at USC in Urban Education/Educational Psychology.

PATRICK KREUTZER

Patrick is a sophomore at Birmingham Community Charter High School, a Boy Scout and AYSO Jr. Soccer Coach and Referee.  The Kreutzer’s have adopted all three of their family dogs from the West Valley LA Shelter and LAFD.  The family dogs Alaska, Bella and Rocky welcome foster dogs into their home and have helped with recovery and re-homing.

Khalilah Mitrevski

Housewife and stay at home mom. On the board at LAFDAV since 2011 and Volunteer. Loves animals and currently has 3 dogs 3 rabbits 2 cats and 2 fish. Has a passion for helping those in need from animals to people. With a compassionate heart I try my best to do what I can to make a difference in the lives of those who cross my path.
